The MDCAT 2026 roll-number slip releases 7–10 days before the exam (expected first week of August 2026). Download it from your provincial portal, verify every field, and carry two printed colour copies plus your original CNIC to the centre.

Provincial conducting bodies — University of Health Sciences (UHS) for Punjab, Khyber Medical University (KMU) for KPK, Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) for Sindh, National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) for federal/Army candidates, and ETEA for AJK — host their own download portals. The slip lists your roll number, exam centre, reporting time, and seat number; without it, entry is refused.
Expected Release Date
PMDC releases roll-number slips between 7 and 14 days before the exam. With the test expected on August 16, 2026, plan to download your slip during the first week of August. We will publish the exact release notification at premeth.com the moment PMDC announces it.

Step-by-Step Download Guide (UHS Example)
- Go to uhs.edu.pk and click the “MDCAT 2026” banner.
- Click Download Roll Number Slip.
- Enter your CNIC (no dashes) and date of birth.
- Click Generate Slip — your PDF appears.
- Verify your name, CNIC, photo, and exam centre carefully.
- Print 2 colour copies on A4 paper.
Common Errors
- “CNIC not registered”: You may not have completed the registration challan payment. See the Registration Guide.
- Wrong photo / blurry scan: Email your provincial body within 24 hours with a corrected JPEG.
- Wrong centre / city: Centres are usually non-changeable, but contact UHS/KMU helpline immediately.
- PDF download fails: Use a desktop browser; mobile downloads break frequently.
What to Carry to the Exam Centre
Mandatory:
- Original CNIC / B-Form (photocopies are not accepted)
- Two printed copies of the roll number slip
- Two blue ballpoint pens (no gel pens)
- Transparent clipboard
- Transparent water bottle (label-free)

FAQ
Q: Can I appear without a printed slip?
No. A printed colour copy is mandatory. A digital screenshot is not accepted.
Q: I lost my slip — can I get a duplicate?
Yes — re-download from the same portal anytime before the exam. Keep a backup PDF on email and Google Drive.
Q: My photo is wrong on the slip. What now?
Email your provincial body with a corrected photo + CNIC scan within 48 hours. Most issue a corrected slip within 1 working day.
